Last week I posted the fuel hose leak.  Fixed that and drove around.
I still had a cut out.  It was much shorter than usual and less
frequent.

I changed the fuel filter.  The old was was partially crushed and was
backwards.
I didn't put it on.  Don't know who did.

I hope the gas milage and the cut outs get better.
