Hook the hose to the output side of the vac and turn it on. Now go around the seams and seals spraying with windex or just dish soap in water and watch for the bubbles. This won't work very well at all unless all the door/hatch seals are in good order. If they are big leakers, tape and seal all the doors. If you have the loovered vents in the side windows, tape those shut too, and don't forget to close the heater vents. It might be quite a bit of work, but the bubbles don't lie.
