Like how wobbly?
Just enough to be noticed or enough that it might very easily throw a
belt... While you're on an elevated highway with no shoulders in rush-hour?
If it's more than just barely noticable, I'd think your best bet would be
to remove the pulley to be able to make sure there's nothing wrong with the
end of the crank-shaft or the mail seal, and see if you can figure out if
the pulley parts are bent, or if you can re-install it and have it straight.
Better to waste a little time now checking EVERYTHING out and straightening
it with a few taps of a hammer, than to find out later that your shaft seal
is being forced out from the block and is turning into a nasty little lump
barely held on by the pulley.
