On Friday night I drove home my new to me 87 westy.  I'm finally starting to
wipe the silly grin off my face after being able to climb hills at 65-70mph :)
 I need to fill the propane tank  do I need some special adapter I've heard
people talk about or will Agway or any other propane place have this to fill my
tank?  Also should I paint the tank before it is filled or would it be
smarter to get them to put in 1lb for testing purposes and then when its empty paint
the tank?  Do these tanks have the opd valve or do they not need it?  If it
would have it how would I know?
