why not just have them both? at englishtown NJ raceway park october vw show and go last month, there was a mid '80's toyota 4wd drive van which had the nose of a mid '60's vw singlecab splittie grafted onto the front of it.. nice conversion.. 4wd toyota powered splittie. wish i had my camera.. chris
