<html><div style='background-color:'><DIV>hey all,</DIV> <DIV>this weekend i bought some swivel seat base plates for my 87 westy. the plates came from an 85 westy. i already have the main base plate installed in my van, you know the one that is tack welded in place. anyways i cleaned up the swivel plates and regreased them. i installed them and slid my captain chairs in place. well, there is a good 1/2 inch play in the swivel from side to side. is this normal? even with the seat off you can feel all the play in the bases from side to side and up and down. the base is totally tight. i greased them with bearing grease. is there supposed to be another piece for the chair to ride on. everything else seems fine just too much play. what should i check for or is this normal.</DIV> <DIV>jason</DIV></div><br clear=all><hr> <a href="http://g.msn.com/8HMBENUS/2743??PS=">Send a QuickGreet with MSN Messenger.</a> </html>
