Volks,
I'd like to second Richard's approach.
This is what I did to the RoadHaus with two exceptions.
1. I used two new tanks complete with matched "Auto Fill Valves"
purchased from Bus Depot
2. I installed a standard L-Shaped connector ahead of the regulator on
the second tank for the Propex Furnace connection.
The two tanks are connected just after the primary tank regulator via
the T-Connector that has already been mentioned.
I keep one tank valve off and one on.
Switching when one tank runs dry.
all roads lead to VW repair shops,

I described how I installed a second tank and BenT
put it on his web pages:

Note that I did not connect high pressure. I run
each tank separately. That is, I run everything off
of one tank until it is empty and then switch to
the other. That way, I never run out of propane--
in theory. In fact, I've screwed up so now write in
my maintenance log when I fill a tank. ;-)
