Well, that doesn't explain much. At 4 1/2 pounds how can it be a pulse
charger? That's bogus, a 10 amp pulse charger SHOULD weigh in at about 12
ounces. This is an old-fashioned ferrous charger masquerading as a pulse
charger. It even has the case of a pulse charger. Can anyone explain this?
