William, Try the "Technical Section" of my website under Cooling System/System Refill. There is so much there that it was hard for me to find relevant questions. I have been following Malcolm's advice with some success but I am wondering if there is a procedure on someone's site somewhere that gives directions. The archives are just too cluttered. I have also checked the Bentley instructions on pages 19.14 to 19.17 and I figure it has to be less complicated than the Bentley procedure. William Malcolm's advice duplicated below for those interested. Run it till good & warmed up, driving up and down some hills will help. Leave it ideling, Remove the front grill (turn the 'screws' 90 degrees only) and take your 13mm wrench and open the bleed bolt at the left top of the rad. listen for the hhhhiiiiiissssssss and when the coolant starts exiting, screw the bolt back in, tight but not garilla tight. I do this every 100 kms till I get no more air. Keep an eye on the overflow tank. M
