also, remember that you will need to do the following.
    1. get equal length halfshafts
    2. run hydraulic line to the front
    3. get a set of pedals
    4. get all the shifter hardware
    5. get the front tranny mount for the m/t

(thats all i can remember my friend doing while converting his van over to
stick)
