Okay guys...
I have a '84 manual 1.9l, which I was getting a beautiful 20+ mpg out of
(even in the city!) for quite a while.  Now I've noticed an ABRUBT drop.
Instead of getting 23-25 mpg on the highway, I'm getting 15-18.  What's
going on?  Any tips?  It's been windier and colder lately, but can that
really be all thats happening?  I need some tips on where to start
looking!
