Hello gang,  I've been busy!

Got a house, got engaged and all that.   Got a great mortgage rate
(2.5%) but I need a huge hunk of cash down.  Short of asking parents
for help,  i'm selling a lot of the stuff i've accumulated. Including

Reserve is MUCH lower than the buy-it-now.      I am awful busy with
home inspections and wedding plans so I may not see your reply if you
