The book says the tie-rods must be "peened" after
tightening them down into the rack...probably so they
dont unscrew and cause a terrible accident. My
tie-rods are in great shape but they have been peened
before and i dont think they can be peened again, or
can they? is there a way to safely peen them again?

Sorry i know i sound confusing.
