How much does he want to spend on an engine?

>A friend of mine just fried his new engine and is looking around for a
cheap replacement (he needs a 1.9 l).  I feel pretty bad for him, he just
spent about $3000 for a boston bob rebuild and installation and the engine
seized up.  He says he forgot to check the oil and says the blame lies in
him.

So, please send me an email if you know of a cheap running engine you or
someone want to get rid of.
