I ordered my Bentley, but it hasn't arrived yet.

Can someone please tell me what the suggested
temperature range for 10W30 is in a water cooled
vanagon? How about 20W50?  I need to get down to
maybe -5 to -10 C, no lower.

(I don't mean to start one of those endless recurring
discussions...)
