you can do the conversion in one weekend, with a jugsaw, and a drill..thats it. Karl Bloss and i have done it to his 87 van. no welding. there are 2 ways to do the conversionm, the easy way and the hard way. fyi i have a poptop section for sale if anyone's interested. chris chris
