Help.  Does anyone have a good method for removing the stock locking gas cap
on a Vanagon?

Believe it or not, after 15 years of Vanagon ownership and 20+ years of
Vanagon repair, this is the first time I've had to deal with this little
problem.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
