I am interested too and already believe that = >bull bars must enhance the safety of a vehicle. Does the $700 include a = >reinforced bumper for the back too?=20 Nope...seperate item entirely....Mine was around $380 for the rear when I got it about 10 years ago... Worth it though...the first rear bar saved the van when a bus ran into the back while my wife was driving it....or actually stopping in an emergency due to a complete dickhead in the car in front. Bar was bent and subsequently replaced but not a scratch was inflicted on the van...or her thankfully... The second one saved the van again when (again with my wife at the wheel) it was backed into a tree stump. I was able to remove and straighten the bar this time...;) I have pix of these rear bars too if you wanna see them...
