I wouldn't bother with rebuilding the slave cylinder unless you can get a
rebuild kit really cheap.  The last time I checked, the rebuild kits where
~$25, we sell new German slave cylinders for $48.05

BTW:  Did we determine if slave cylinder was politically incorrect of not??
How about remotely actuated clutch cylinder?
