They have this on the Mercedes Sprinter/VW LT here in the U.K so that under
load you don't dazzle

More useful things that I wish my Vanagon had...

While doing my two tour of Navy duty(s) in Spain and
Germany a couple years back I had the joy of driving a
Renault M�gane and a little Fiat econo-bubble.  Both
had this really cool feature where you could aim your
lights on the fly. Just turn a dial up or down and
viola lights where ya need'em... Now if I could have
that for Christmas!!
