When I get in the van after it's sat overnight, there is a grumble/whir in
the dash that is definitely related to the speedometer: the grinding sound
matches the bounce of the speedometer. It goes away after about 5 miles and
doesn't return during start & stops during a day of driving. Should I remove
the dash and "look into it?" Is this a cable issue? Any suggestions for
lubrication, etc?
