<P>Hi Kriss and all</P>
<P>I am on vacation here right now near Squaw Peak, mostly hiking and such, but for the past 2 weeks I have not spotted a single vanagon or westy in the Valley. Some old rustbuckets, yes, but other than that nothing&nbsp;, nada, nichts. That's worse than Kansas City where you can&nbsp;see at least one Westy a week.&nbsp;</P>
<P>Good luck finding a garage in a town where everybody seems to be driving brand spanking new SUVs.</P>

<DIV></DIV>&gt;
<DIV></DIV>&gt;I looked at the recommended repair list. I searched the archives. Nothing
<DIV></DIV>&gt;I could find.
<DIV></DIV>&gt;
<DIV></DIV>&gt;Does anyone have a recommendation for a vanagon repair shop in Phoenix?
<DIV></DIV>&gt;
<DIV></DIV>&gt;
<DIV></DIV>&gt;Weve been on the road a lot and shes been doing well, but right before
<DIV></DIV>&gt;we hit Phoenix tonight I looked in my rearview window and thot, gee thats
<DIV></DIV>&gt;weird to have condensation on the back window and not the front. Well,
<DIV></DIV>&gt;when we stopped at my spouses parents house (only 15 miles or so later)
<DIV></DIV>&gt;and got out I went around back to look at the condensation thing. It is
<DIV></DIV>&gt;oil. There is oil leaking from the box near the back axel (square box that
<DIV></DIV>&gt;has fins...drips coming from 4-5 points). (sorry, Im not super well
<DIV></DIV>&gt;trained on the engine stuff...I dont know if this is oil, transmission
<DIV></DIV>&gt;fluid or what)...thoughts on what it is, and suggestions on where to bring
<DIV></DIV>&gt;it appreciated. Were supposed to be heading back to Oakland on the 3rd of
<DIV></DIV>&gt;January.
<DIV></DIV>&gt;
<DIV></DIV>&gt;The only thing I knew to check is fluid levels. Everything is at fine
<DIV></DIV>&gt;levels...
<DIV></DIV>&gt;
<DIV></DIV>&gt;Thanks,
<DIV></DIV>&gt;Kriss
