In this case, at least, that would be a lie.  Perhaps we need another tedious
acronym.  How's about: LVC, little van content.  Or: ANVC, almost no van
content.  Or even: JADOVC: just a dollop of van content.  I'll leave the final
decision to the Department of Homeland Security or whoever it was who named the
PATRIOT Act.
