i wouldn't be leaving a cooling system filled mostly with water sitting
overnight in the current weather if i was you.  i second erics advice
about having to do your fill with water procedure several times, three is
probably the minimum in my experience.  you should just pull the front
radiator hose though, its not that much more work, given the whole
flushing procedure.
