If that ATDC means After Top Dead Center, I think you are WAY off. I
don't currently have a 1.9L but if memory serves, the list recommends 5
degrees Before Top Dead Center.

I suggest you don't drive it anymore until this matter of timing is
settled or you could damage the engine.
