I have heard of your wierd electrical problems but has any one had this one?

The turn signal light relay is buzzing and the turn signal indicator light
itself is flickering.  The sound is getting to me .
Any ideas on what could cause this?  The buzzing goes out when the turn
signals are switched on.

The rest of the time is this constant buzzing sound that sounds like a
scratchy phonograph record with a bad needle.
