There must be a difference in machine shops, my shop
had a hot spray vat for cast iron and a hot dip vat
for aluminium, the aluminium comes out with a dull
clean look which takes paint real well. I have been
using the same vat for 24 years. It is a NAPPA machine
shop, the bad part is they just closed the machine
shop on me so I've got to find another shop that does
as good. Things are looking bad for me here in SC,
might have to resort back to cleaning them myself
(YUCK) out there somewhere is a vat for aluminium...
