Have your wheel guy come and check the roundness of the hub and/or rotor. Maybe there is a problem with a bearing or something on the hub that is not straight. I highly doubt the wheels go from oval to round when bolted on unless your wheels are made of rubber or some other flexible material. The culprit sounds likely to be on the mechanical problem with the vehicle.
