There is a small, black electrical component box with a hinged cover on the
left side of the engine bay, at least that is where it is mounted on the
Syncro.  Inside are 2 relays.  One of them is the fuel pump relay.  It has been so
long that I cannot recall which is left and which is right, but the fuel pump
relay is the straight single pole one with 4 terminals.  Pop out the relay.
