Hi All,

My 1985 westy is having a rather annoying/puzzling
problem.

I am wondering what (beside a vacuum leak) would/could
cause my idle to stay high 1500 rpm + then very
gradually settle to normal.  Sometimes this takes
several minutes.

I have replaced all the vacuum lines and intake boot
within the last couple of months.  This actually
didn't start until after I put the new boot on.
