You're not looking at anything sophisticated here.
You can go to various electronics suppliers and buy controllers for garage
doors, automatic gates or specifically for automotive remote functions.
I'll just bet that J.C. Whitney or WW Granger can supply what you need for
about $30.00 in the form of a kit.
