There are a couple of vendors (one east coast in Pennsylvania, one west
coast) that specialize in repairing alloy wheels. I believe you can
find ads for them in European Car Magazine.

They'll take care of truing the wheel, fixing up curb scrapes, etc.
Don't know their prices.
