<P>I can attest to this. Years back I had the same symptoms. Drove me nutz. The from lack of anything else to try next I finally went to the grounds. Never again will I not look at grounds FIRST. About an hour of cleaning, ground wires, and problem gone.&nbsp;Then I&nbsp;replaced every ground wire on my van.</P>

<DIV></DIV>There is a ground that connects the boddy to the engine on the driver's
<DIV></DIV>side of the vehicle. Clearn the contacts for that ground. Even consider
<DIV></DIV>replacing the wire and connectors, and possible adding and additional
<DIV></DIV>ground. Though I have not had the actual experience myself, according to
<DIV></DIV>my reading of posts from the list over time, this gound has often been
<DIV></DIV>implicated in problems such as the ones you are experiencing.

<DIV></DIV>&gt;Hello List,
<DIV></DIV>&gt;The patient is an 87 Syncro van, that has some hesitation after warm
<DIV></DIV>&gt;up.&nbsp;&nbsp;I
<DIV></DIV>&gt;have checked the grounds, ICV &amp; ICU, temp sender and the AFM.&nbsp;&nbsp;Still
<DIV></DIV>&gt;no
<DIV></DIV>&gt;change.&nbsp;&nbsp;If I turn off and reset the computer all seems to be fine
<DIV></DIV>&gt;for a
<DIV></DIV>&gt;short period of time, but starts slight hesitation soon after.
<DIV></DIV>&gt;
<DIV></DIV>&gt;My question is concerning the ECU computer.&nbsp;&nbsp;How often do they good
<DIV></DIV>&gt;bad?
<DIV></DIV>&gt;What is the best way to check it?
<DIV></DIV>&gt;
<DIV></DIV>&gt;Can I rule out fuel delievery problems because it runs fine after a
<DIV></DIV>&gt;reboot?
<DIV></DIV>&gt;
<DIV></DIV>&gt;Thanks
