Well, maybe that's the issue. Ask if you can have some bandwidth before
you partake? I've never used anyone else's bandwidth without asking,
but around here you sure don't have to ask for water at a gas station.

In any case, I still can't categorize use of a commodity like bandwidth
with jumping in a car and driving away with it.
