I'm replacing my damaged '87 westy slider door with a straight '86 non-westy slider door and have to move the window from the old door to the new door. First question: can I reuse a window seal? If so, both doors have window seals with "molding". Although the molding cracked in several places while removing the window frame, the molding is basically intact (no missing molding pieces). Second question: Is it advisable to get a new seal if the molding is cracked? Third question: is the molding strictly asthetic? (meaning, if I must get a new seal, can I just get a non-molding grooved seal?) thanks, --Paul
