People, people. Please do not buy into this! Before perpetuating myths like this, do a little research first! A simple check of the Snopes urban legends site (http://www.snopes.com/inboxer/petition/gasout.htm) reveals that this is PATENTLY FALSE. Besides this fact, EXXON and MOBIL merged a few years back and are the SAME company. This should tip you off to the fact that this is complete propaganda. jh On Feb 25, 2004, at 10:04 AM, JordanVw@AOL.COM wrote: > i usually dont fwd stuff i get in mass mailings to the list, but i > thought > this one was interesting.. as for vanagon content - my vanagon > runs on gas :< > ) > > anyway, here it be.. > > ------------------------fwd-------------------------- > > > Subject: Gasoline prices > this may work! > I hear we are going to hit close to $3.00 a gallon by the summer.
