My 84 Westy is getting 15-16 mpg.  Bad.

Put my digitool in there, looked like the O2 sensor was bad. Changed it.

Same mileage.

Put digitool in and the engine starts missing badly from 2800-3000, OK above
and below.

Readings on digitool

T1  .92-.95
T2  .13-.14
O2  0-.75
AFM 1.57-1.61 at idle up to 3.5 plus at 4000 rpm.

f1 flickers
f2 steady

Any ideas?
