Congratulations to you ! But alas, I my test failed.
Results: HC- 482 ,idle, limit 220. The other readings at cruise and idle
passed.
The engine is a '95 Golf Motronic 4-cylinder.
My spark plugs wires and cap are new and there are no air leaks.
Could be dirty injectors or carbon build-up causing rough idle.
Compression is over 200 (10:1 comp ratio engine)
What can cause such high emissions at idle that I haven't mentioned?

It is a good day.
My van with 209,000.0 miles on an engine with leaky heads passed emission
test. : )
Now I am going out to buy a lottery ticket and try to keep the good karma
flowing.
As follows the results HC 75.4ppm limit is 179.0 ppm
CO 0.85% 2.22%
NO 2072.1 ppm 2457.0 ppm
CO/2 14.25%
Now i can take my time and work on the leaky heads. ( we have 2 years
between
tests in Ohio)
