could someone maybe provide part numbers for 2 hoses 85gl 1.9l

ok i had a little spot of coolent on the floor like a drip I thought oh s*(* my gasket
gave way, well nope and I'm grateful but when I get under the van I noticed the
coolent hose on the pass side head is a bit worn and it looks like its giving way near
the clamp. ** does anyone have a p/n# for this? **

also what odds i have anyway while looking up i also notice after just looking around with
a light that another non coolent hose some type of vac line is cracking, its plugged into
this part number 0 280 140 101 , ** would anyone have this hose p/n# also? **
