Put my new starter in today.  Guess what, it drags
and acts like the battery is dead, but it is not.

I'm assuming I have a low voltage problem that can
be solved with a starter relay.  Should I go with
Bosch 0 332 014 150 (a 30 amp model).  If so, which
wires do I connect where?
