I cleaned my canvas about once a year at the $1.00 car wash with just the spray soap and fresh water rinse. I did this every year for ten years so I know it doesn't damage the canvas. I always made it a point to raise the top several times a month in the wet seasons so it aired out well and never let any mildew or fungus to get started. I was wondering if any body knows how to repair it. I used the trusty standby duct tape to prevent it from spreading but it looks like hell. I would also take suggestions on cleaning it without having to remove the whole thing.
