I've had fairly good experiences renting U-Haul, but the quality of their
fleet is uneven and you never know if you might get a bad one.  I do know
one person who had a U-Haul blow an engine halfway across the country.
They provided a replacement truck but he had to transfer his stuff from
one to the other.
