PLEASE......!   Follow the exact instructions posted in the the first
notice about the survey. If those instructions are not followed, your
post goes to the trash automatically instead of to the folder for the
survey. That doesn't help the survey process.

How about posting a list of responders so we can make sure our responses
didn't get trashed.
