I just got back from Germany and have discovered the number one reason to
live in Germany... no, it doesn't have anything to do with T3's or
Vanagons... it's because quad runners are street legal in Germany!

I thought I was imagining things the first time I saw someone tootling down
the road on a quad, but sure as s**t I saw another, and it had a license
plate and turn signals.  Too cool!

Oh yeah, I saw a few cool T3 items as well.
