My seat belt doesn't retract smoothly....stiff and sometimes doesn't
rewind...how can I correct this...I notice the retractor mechanism is 1/2 in
the pantry cabinet...any ideas how to remove this....does the cabinet need
to be removed to get access to the mechanism....gosh I hope
