I wish I knew what "IT" meant.  Oh, Ebay does a good enough job of keeping
the bits and the bytes flowing, but they do squat in the way of fair trading or
resolving user problems either ethical or technical.  Like I said before, just
try to contact Mr. Ebay regarding something which doesn't fall into the
boundless realm of his menus.
