Apparently there is now. ;)

I'm guessing the "conversion" is that they've stuck a watercooled engine
of some sort in it.  If it's a wasserboxer, it sounds like the worst of
all worlds -- the added unreliability of the water cooling system, along
with the lack of interior space of a '79 bus.
