How do you folks with the modified (raised) engine covers
deal with that as far as beds and such, the ones I see on fastforward.ca
seem to have a "bubble" basically, I can easily imagine that giving someone
a pretty good crick in the neck even if it was just a more firm spot in a
thicker mattress.  Do you raise the bed and put stuff around the cover
(storage?)
to bring that level??  If so how do you raise the bed?? modify the frame??
