I'm considering "upgrading" my Westfalia with a front "Westfalia" sticker on
the front of the luggage rack. My 83.5 came from VW with only the "Westfalia"
sticker on the rear of the pop top as most, if not all did in that year.
(don't know what year they started with front and rear stickers)

From what I've seen the front "westfalia" sticker mounts around one of the
luggage rack attaching screw over the driver's side. From what I've seen the
screw looks to be in between the "E" and "S" in "westfalia" with the center
horizontal bar of the "E" in line with the screw. Is this the standard mounting
spot? And is there enough room between the E and the S to accomodate the screw or
does the sticker partially stick to the screw, or is the screw put on after
the sticker is applied?
