Hi Folks, Recently replaced my coolant expansion tank. My rad fan used to kick in when the needle reached 1/2 of a needle width away from the LED; now it isn't turning on at all - at least at the temps that I have allow the engine to reach. I have tested the fan by jumping the outside contacts on the rad fan switch connector - the fan runs at high speed, and by jumping the middle and one of the outside contacts - the fan runs at low speed. I replaced the rad switch today with a new switch and there was no improvement. I have bled the rad, it gets hot - so the coolant is flowing through the system, but for some reason the fan isn't switching on. I'm I missing something here? Help!
